WWF grants to support travel/accommodation at conference

Dear friends and colleagues

WWF are providing a total of around $US 3500 to support the travel/accommodation costs of 4 or 5 individuals to attend the pan-Asia conference: ‘Capacity Building for Conservation’ (http://www.ert-conservation.co.uk/asia_capacity_intro.php). The meeting is in Pune (India), but to be eligible for a grant, you must be from one of the following WWF priority regions: Bhutan, Cambodia, Fiji, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands,  Vietnam.

NOTE: the deadline for applications is FRIDAY 30 DECEMBER. To apply you must go to the WWF site and complete the following form: https://wwf-efn.fluidreview.com. You must also read the guidelines found here: http://www.worldwildlife.org/projects/professional-development-grants-pdgs. You will need to be able show that you or your organisation can pay for all other costs above the money provided by WWF, including the conference registration fee of US$ 40.
